Welcome to One Shot Media. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking & Scheduling
All bookings must be made through our official website or directly with a One Shot Media representative. Dates and times are confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation.
Payments
Payment is due prior to downloading the final media files. Once your photos and videos are ready, you will receive a proof or preview link. Full payment must be made before the final download link is released.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other approved payment methods.
Turnaround Time
Standard delivery for photos and videos is within 24–48 hours after the shoot. Larger or custom projects may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled shoot with no penalty. Cancellations within 2 to 4 hours may be subject to a $10 fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.
Rights & Usage
One Shot Media retains the copyright to all photos and videos. Clients receive unlimited usage rights for marketing, MLS listings, and promotional use. Media cannot be resold or transferred to third parties without written consent.
Property Preparation
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is ready to shoot. Any delays due to unprepared properties may shorten the session or result in rescheduling fees.
Liability
One Shot Media is not responsible for property damage, injury, or loss that occurs during the shoot unless due to proven negligence by our team.
Agreement
By booking a service with One Shot Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
